Epidemic Spread Simulation (SIR)

A simple web-based simulation with adjustable parameters, validation, data logging and persistence. Uses an agent-based approach on a grid: Susceptible (S), Infected (I), Recovered (R).

Simulation settings

Interpretation: Higher infection probability and higher movement probability tends to increase spread. Recovery time controls how long agents remain infectious.
